For our Aged Care Workers, this occurs with every client, on every shift. It requires a unique individual to be a Care Worker and assist the elderly members of our community. We are in search of such a person to join our KinCare team in North Sydney.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Domestic Assistance: Ensuring the homes of elderly individuals are clean and safe, providing them with a pleasant living environment. Assisting clients with meal preparation and grocery shopping. Offering social support and facilitating access to lifestyle activities.

What qualities do we seek in a Care Worker?

You are passionate about helping our elderly community maintain their independence at home for as long as possible. You possess a current P1 class or higher Australian Driver's License and have access to a registered vehicle – travel is an integral part of the role. You maintain a positive attitude, understanding that sometimes clients may have challenging days or unexpected delays. You know how to remain composed and move forward. You are available to work at least three days a week, Monday to Friday. No night or weekend shifts required. You are comfortable working autonomously and resolving everyday challenges, knowing when to seek assistance from your Manager.
