Job Summary

Group Travel Manager Role

This role involves coordinating and managing group travel arrangements for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Position

The Group Travel Manager will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of group travel, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations. They will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of business travel arrangements for our corporate accounts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Corporate Travel Expertise: Possess expertise in corporate travel product knowledge to deliver the best outcome for the customer.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assist in budgeting and executing professional and accurate business travel arrangements for our corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
  • Service Delivery: Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards in sourcing products, quoting, making travel arrangements, ticketing, ticket exchanges/changes, CRS/GDS productivity, correct record keeping, and administrative entry.
  • Communication and Time Management: Be an excellent communicator and maintain a high level of professionalism. Have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Project Management: Have excellent project management skills, adaptability to changing work environments, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Teamwork and Stakeholder Relations: Work as a team member or individual to complete all related project functions related to servicing the client. Maintain favourable working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate a proactive approach in providing solutions to complex logistical challenges.
  • Fares and Itineraries: Possess expertise in fares and complex itineraries, amazing attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
