We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Stylist/Coordinator to join our team at Everi Pty.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional event experiences and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and setting up event spaces, managing event logistics, and working closely with clients to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their event vision and ensure seamless communication throughout the planning process.
  2. Event Setup: Coordinate and set up event spaces according to client preferences and company standards.
  3. Warehouse Management: Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the warehouse to ensure all materials and equipment are in good condition.
  4. Team Leadership: Manage and direct other event staff, providing guidance and ensuring everyone is on task.
  5. Venue Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with venue managers to ensure all event requirements are met.
  6. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and manage any issues that arise on the day of the event.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in the events industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must.
