About Our Rehabilitation Services

At our organisation, we provide a rewarding opportunity to work as a Rehabilitation Consultant, supporting the rehabilitation journey of individuals who have suffered injury, illness or trauma. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working towards person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking a holistic care approach, you will develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, medical specialists and other treatment providers.
  • You will perform assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality case management services, including report writing and reviewing medical files.

Requirements
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling or Nursing
  • Clinical reasoning demonstrable through a minimum of 12 months experience in your registered profession
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support achievement of common goals
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable
