At our organisation, we provide a rewarding opportunity to work as a Rehabilitation Consultant, supporting the rehabilitation journey of individuals who have suffered injury, illness or trauma. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working towards person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities- Taking a holistic care approach, you will develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, medical specialists and other treatment providers.
- You will perform assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality case management services, including report writing and reviewing medical files.

Requirements- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling or Nursing
- Clinical reasoning demonstrable through a minimum of 12 months experience in your registered profession
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support achievement of common goals
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable
