As a senior product manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing frameworks and capabilities that support exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the development of skills and knowledge required for product owners to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead a team of product owners, providing virtual leadership and guidance.
- Establish and evolve the product owner chapter, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks and agility principles.
- Define and embed tools, frameworks, and standards that support mastery in product ownership, including the creation of a product ownership framework.
- Foster a strong sense of community, collaboration, and continuous improvement among product owners.
- Engage with and influence stakeholders across the business to strengthen product ownership capability.
- Exceptional ability to build, influence, and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners.
- 5 years of hands-on experience as a product owner or similar with deep expertise in product ownership practices.
- Certified training in agile methodologies such as certified scrum product owner (CSPO), SAFe product owner/product manager (PO/PM).
- Proven ability to align product outcomes with strategic business goals.
- 4 years of leadership experience, including leading cross-functional or virtual teams in agile environments.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing product owners.
- Experience working in financial services, preferably within the insurance sector, with an understanding of regulatory and customer expectations.
