Job Overview

Medical imaging professionals play a vital role in creating detailed images of the body's internal structures using high-frequency sound waves.

This permanent full-time or locum position at our clinic reports directly to the Area Chief Technologist and is based at our Geraldton location.

Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality scanning and patient care, while working collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Supporting minor interventional procedures and contributing to the development of positive team culture through strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
Key Requirements
  • Current ASAR Registration and extensive experience in general, obstetrics, musculoskeletal, simple vascular, breast imaging, and assisting interventional procedures.
  • Strong ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
  • Availability for on-call rosters, occasional Saturdays with overtime rates, and willingness to participate in ongoing learning and professional development.
