The ideal candidate will have relevant training and experience as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or be willing to obtain the necessary certification.

  • Relevant Heavy Duty Automotive Trade Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Competency in Cert III Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • High levels of computer literacy and proficiency in modern diagnostic tools
  • Adherence to health and safety protocols in the workplace
  • A positive and proactive approach to work
  • Problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail
  • Able to mentor and develop apprentices with varying skill levels
