Job Opportunity

Clough is seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily rigging activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all rigging work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily rigging activities on-site, including but not limited to ASU, GTG's and other related systems.
  • Ensure all rigging work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other discipline supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Inspect rigging installations and conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements.
Requirements
  • Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
  • Proven experience in supervising in a construction context, across rigging scope.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
