About the Role

The Digital Analyst will be responsible for developing and delivering internal reporting and data analysis requirements using various analytical tools to transform data into actionable insights. This role will support the Digital team and other business functions to inform business decisions for digital trade, strategy, and new business cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver business reporting needs, including weekly Digital Media Report, Email/Content Performance Report, and Weekly Trade Summary
  • Support Senior Digital Analyst in delivering business reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with the internal BI team and external data agency to execute and deliver data analysis projects, technical requirements, and new opportunities for optimisation
  • Set up new workflows to optimise reporting efficiency and data flows

Requirements

  • Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, BigQuery, Advanced Excel, Advanced Google Sheets, Google Cloud Platform, Looker Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Lexer (CDP)
  • Self-motivated with ability to take ownership and own outcomes
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key functions within the business
