Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, promoting a safe and productive approach to work.
  • Directly supervise and manage personnel, prioritizing safety, health, and wellbeing.
Requirements:
  • Open Cut Examiners Certificate of Competency and Practising Certificate.
  • Experience in direct supervision and management of personnel.
  • Ability to work a 4-panel rotating shift roster (2-2-3).
