Compassionate Care Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Support Workers.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to our clients, empowering them to live independently with dignity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accompanying clients on daily activities and outings
- Food preparation and shopping
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene
- Performing household tasks
- Providing social interaction and companionship
- Transport to appointments
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 1+ year experience in aged care or disability support
- Cert III in Individual Support (desirable)
- Disability or dementia experience (desirable)
- NDIS Worker Check or Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
- COVID-19 vaccination (at least 2 doses)
- Own vehicle with insurance
- Good communication skills
