Your key responsibilities as a compassionate care assistant will include:

- Providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

You'll use patience and empathy to offer essential domestic care services according to clients' care plans.

- Building strong relationships with clients through social support, transportation, food preparation, respite care, domestic assistance, and personal care.

- Assisting with medication administration, testing blood sugar, observing skin integrity, and supervising dosage.

Requirements include:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) or related qualifications.

- Experience in aged care, disability, or community nursing is desired.

- Right to work in Australia, current driver's license, and comprehensive car insurance.

- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain, and proof of Covid Vaccination.
