The role of a Community Services Program Manager at Employment Office Australia presents an exceptional opportunity to drive service excellence in community-based alcohol and drug treatment services.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of best practice AOD treatment services, including trauma-informed and family-inclusive approaches. They will also possess excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.

The Community Services Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing program operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and clinical governance frameworks. They will also drive continuous quality improvement, embedding evidence-based practices, and leading change management initiatives.

\

To qualify for this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years in senior clinical roles or managerial experience in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services.

\

A qualification in Alcohol, Tobacco, Other Drugs (ATOD) and/or related health field will be highly valued. Leadership and Management qualification, experience in working therapeutically with adults, children, young people, and families, and clinical case review and incident debrief experience are also desirable.

\

We offer a competitive salary of $122,000 - $132,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus superannuation and a range of benefits. These benefits include salary packaging benefits up to $15,990, company fleet vehicle with home garaging privileges, 5 weeks of annual leave, phone and laptop, and employee assistance program.
