Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Development Lead to join our dynamic team at PPQ. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for the high-volume e-commerce environment, driving technical ownership and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead software development efforts using C#.NET, TypeScript, AWS, and other technologies as needed
  • Drive the implementation of major and minor roadmap items, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
  • Architect and refine solutions for major and minor roadmap and backlog items, producing detailed documentation and work breakdown structures for accurate estimation
  • Oversee regular releases and environment upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to services
  • Implement and maintain a robust delivery pipeline to streamline the deployment process
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience (5+ years) in a variety of programming languages, including C#.NET, TypeScript, AWS, SQL, React, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and industry best practices
  • Familiarity with API development and design as well as microservices
  • Experience in managing software development projects from inception to delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and succinctly
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to foster growth and improvement
