  • About the Role: We are seeking a skilled finance leader to join our team as a Commercial Finance Business Partner.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and drive business growth through strategic decision-making.
  • Business Partnership: Lead business partnering, performance management, planning, and decision support for the team.
  • Team Management: Assist in leading the Commercial Finance team to drive function performance with P&L ownership and management reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and divisions.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and implement best practices.

 

About You
  • CA/CPA qualified accounting professional with excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively within a large and complex environment.
  • Extensive experience within the Insurance sector.
