Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Solutions Architect to join our Engineering Team. As a senior member, you will provide technical support and product knowledge to internal sales and project teams, as well as external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-level AV solutions that meet client needs, ensuring design quality and commercial alignment.
  • Attend client and consultant meetings, gather technical inputs, and create detailed tenders, BOMs, and system descriptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on AV system designs.
  • Assist in the smooth handover of projects from Sales to Delivery, providing clear technical documentation and support throughout.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, maintain internal design standards, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the AV industry or a strong background in AV system installations.
  • Proven expertise in AV system design, networking technologies like Dante, multicasting, and UC system requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with enterprise-level customers and stakeholders, with a methodical approach to documentation.
  • Industry certifications such as Certificate III in Electronics or equivalent.
