We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT professional to join our team as a Graduate IT Support specialist. This role offers the opportunity to develop foundational technical skills, gain real-world experience, and grow your career in IT.

About The Role
  • Provide first-line support for enterprise applications, system access, and end-user requests
  • Troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and escalate issues when required
  • Assist with application audits, user provisioning, and deprovisioning activities
  • Participate in application testing, patching, and update cycles
  • Support documentation and knowledgebase development
  • Engage in service improvement initiatives and reporting
  • Learn to manage tasks using IT service management (ITSM) tools
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A basic understanding of enterprise IT environments and application support concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious and detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for professional growth and continuous improvement
