This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team and take on a key role in coaching and mentoring support workers within accommodation services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with the people we support and those around them, while ensuring they receive the necessary supports to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with customers and their stakeholders to discuss behaviour support plans
  • Providing coaching and advice to support workers
  • Attending team meetings to discuss activities and changes to policies and procedures
  • Meeting service delivery outcomes by ensuring customers receive the required supports

We are seeking an experienced leader who has worked in complex care environments and has a strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You will have excellent administration skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in complex care environments
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and its principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
