Job Title: Accommodation Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Coordinator to manage our office accommodation portfolio across various metropolitan sites in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office accommodation relocations, fit-outs and reimbursements
  • Attending office accommodation sites, reporting and managing maintenance matters as needed
  • Ensuring that owned and leased accommodation sites are compliant with government standards and regulations
  • Overseeing the planning, development, construction, transition and evaluation of new accommodation projects
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, providing consultation advice and project issue resolutions as necessary
  • Management of project and leasing budgets, tracking and noting expenditures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within Accommodation Management, Property Management or Project Management within the Property sector
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to solve issues and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced digital literacy skills with competence using MS Office Suites and learning new systems adequately
