Customer Experience Representative

This role involves being the face of our retail operations, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store activities across the store.

  • We perform a variety of tasks including stocking shelves, displaying fresh produce, fulfilling online orders, and welcoming customers as they leave the store.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with, acknowledge, care for, and thank customers in a respectful manner.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed for yourself, colleagues, and customers, including hazard reporting.
  • Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products throughout their shopping journey.
  • Maintain tidy shelving to enable a fast, easy shopping experience.
  • Process online orders to ensure timely delivery.
