We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role

This entry-level position requires exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for creating moments that matter for our customers by providing genuine service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  • Key responsibilities include maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards, processing stock, receiving, dispatching and storing, and contributing to positive sales performance.

You will also be required to lift, bend and climb, so physical fitness is essential. No prior industry knowledge is necessary as we provide ongoing training and career development opportunities.
