Position Overview
We are currently seeking committed and compassionate Personal Care Workers to provide essential support to residents in Aged Care. Our focus is on finding individuals who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for elderly individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating and tracking patient health status
- Working collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team
- Keeping precise and up-to-date patient documentation
- Educating patients and their families on care procedures
- Reacting promptly and effectively in emergency situations
Qualifications and Skills
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Influenza Vaccination
- Covid-19 Vaccination and booster
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in Australia
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must be currently located in Australia
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
- Able to commute up to 30 minutes to various facilities
