Contractor Management Role

This is a key role in shaping how we manage contractor relationships across our operations. As an advisor, you will sit at the intersection of finance, procurement, and operations, driving strategic outcomes that directly impact cost efficiency, contract compliance, and operational excellence.

You will embed contractor management best practices across multiple sites, leveraging data, technology, and your commercial acumen to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement contractor management solutions across regional sites.
  • Coach and influence operational teams to drive contract compliance and financial outcomes.
  • Develop and train contract owners, procurement, and finance teams in best practices.
  • Manage frameworks for change and productivity systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience identifying financial opportunities.
  • Proven contractor management experience.
  • Advanced analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, MiniTab).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
