Design and Publications Lead

The Role

We are seeking a Design and Publications Manager to join our organisation on a fixed-term basis. This role leads a small team of designers to manage the end-to-end delivery of high-volume publication projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage publication projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Oversee workflow and resource allocation across a team of designers.
  • Ensure quality assurance and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 or above).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders on project delivery.

About You

  • Proven experience managing publication projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a creative team.
  • Highly organised with exceptional workflow and project management capability.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office; experience with accessibility standards highly regarded.
