Job Overview

In this part-time role, you will play a key role in providing high-level project support, administration, and oversight to drive the success of key initiatives. Your focus will include delivering projects related to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and education, such as transforming the Formal Education Course and implementing the Cultural Safety Training Plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for developing and managing project activities;
  • Creating detailed plans;
  • Tracking progress through comprehensive reporting;
  • Providing vital support to committees and working groups governing these strategic projects.

Requirements

We are seeking someone with:

  • Proven experience in leading and coordinating projects with a proactive approach to project administration;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • A solid understanding of risk mitigation, situational assessment, and governance;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in training and development, education, or a related field;
  • Familiarity with medical education, regulatory agencies, or the Australasian healthcare context;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team or autonomously;
  • Willingness to work on weekends and travel as required.
