The Role

As a key member of our DevOps team, you will oversee the release pipeline, automating build, test, and deploy steps to ensure seamless integration of new models and services into production.

  • Drive cloud infrastructure management using Terraform or similar tools, balancing performance and cost across GCP or AWS environments.

  • Implement observability solutions, providing actionable insights into model-level latency, token usage, and streaming throughput.

  • Manage artefacts effectively, ensuring version control and painless rollbacks for model weights, embeddings, and audio assets.

  • Ensure security best practices, applying least-privilege principles, secrets management, and data-handling policies tailored to sensitive health data.

  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration through runbooks, best practices, and expert guidance.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A solid foundation in Linux, containers, and networking fundamentals.

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or similar.

  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines covering microservices and workloads involving GPUs or specialized hardware.

  • Working knowledge of monitoring and alerting stacks, including Prometheus, Grafana, and Cloud Native tools, with an emphasis on AI-specific signals.

  • Comfort navigating complex security and compliance requirements in data-sensitive environments.

  • Clear communication skills, making technical concepts accessible to cross-functional teams.
