We are seeking a skilled and safety-driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead mobile and fixed plant maintenance at our surface mining operation at Tropicana. This role plays a critical part in delivering maintenance excellence while ensuring full compliance with the WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022 and the site's Mines Safety Management System (MSMS).

About the Role

• Lead by example, work, promote and manage in accordance with all WHS legislation, standards, policies and procedures.
• Supervise maintenance crews and coordinate planned, reactive, and shutdown activities.
• Mentor trades and apprentices, contributing to upskilling initiatives.
• Liaise with contractors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to support operational goals.

About You

To succeed within this role, you will possess:

• Trade-qualification in Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant, or Mechanical Fitting.
• Eligible for Statutory Supervisor appointment under WA legislation (or actively pursuing transitional certification.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of applying mechanical/electrical/heavy mobile equipment's & safety legal requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership in team supervision within mining maintenance Strong understanding of performance coaching, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
