Job Overview

The Senior Project Scheduler will play a critical role in planning and delivering major infrastructure programmes. Key objectives include establishing schedule baselines, managing contractor schedules, conducting progress reviews, developing unified programme schedules, analysing alignment between project schedules, and leading reviews of the critical path with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain accurate schedule baselines across workstreams.
  • Manage contractor schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Conduct regular reviews of progress against planned activities and forecast dates, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive programme schedule across multiple delivery streams, aligning with organisational goals.
  • Analyse and report on alignment between interfacing project schedules, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead monthly reviews of the critical path and programme status with key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
  • Primavera P6 Expertise: Proficient in using P6 for schedule development and updates.
  • Infrastructure Experience: Background in infrastructure or capital project delivery.
  • Schedule Integration: Skilled in aligning multiple contractor schedules into a cohesive programme.
  • Critical Path Analysis: Strong understanding of schedule risk and critical path methodologies.
  • Reporting Tools: Familiarity with PowerBI or similar tools for schedule reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Able to clearly present schedule insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
