Imagine being a key player in creating visually captivating content that showcases the essence of a brand.

This role is all about managing the end-to-end production of in-house content shoots, developing and presenting creative concepts that align with the brand's unique style and personality.

You'll oversee and execute the post-production workflow, collaborate with the graphics team to produce on-brand social-first assets, and select high-performing content for relevant teams weekly.

We're looking for someone who is highly social-savvy, with a natural eye for trends and aesthetics, and strong skills in iPhone / digi-cam photography and videography.

A collaborative mindset and ability to take direction and translate brand vision into creative execution are essential for this role.

  • Manage in-house content shoots from concept through to execution
  • Develop and present on-brand creative concepts for weekly in-house content shoots
  • Plan and execute fresh, on-trend styling for content shoots, elevating product presentation and ensuring looks are always on-brand
  • Oversee and execute post-production workflow, including image management, editing, and asset delivery
  • Collaborate with the graphics team to produce on-brand, social-first assets for product launches
  • Select and hand over high-performing content to relevant teams weekly
  • Brainstorm, pitch, and deliver creative shoot ideas/assets to boost social engagement and grow awareness
  • 2+ years' experience in a creative content role within the fashion industry
  • Proven experience with content creation
  • Strong social media skills with a natural eye for trends and aesthetics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop + Lightroom)
  • Strong styling ability with a keen understanding of what drives customer engagement
  • Experience in content creation apps/software with the ability to edit and optimise for multiple platforms
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work creatively under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
