**Job Summary:** DNA Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a qualified Registered Midwife to support the birthing suite at public hospitals across Tasmania. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based midwifery care focused on women, aiming to enhance specific health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate midwifery care in cooperation with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care that is focused on enhancing specific health outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
- Develop and maintain effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
