Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our bakery department, ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
  • Maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
  • Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first.
  • Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct/indirect leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused approach.
