Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Bakery Operations to lead our bakery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of our bakery operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and cost control requirements

About You:

  • Previous experience in fast-paced environments is essential
  • Leadership experience with a focus on leading, coaching, and developing teams to meet sales targets and cost control requirements
  • Ability to maintain excellent department standards, including stock monitoring, rotation routines, wastage control, shrinkage prevention, and quality control
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive a one-team culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences
