Job Title:

Project Delivery Manager

Job Description:

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will oversee all aspects of building services throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This includes pre-contracts and tendering through to construction delivery. Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of building services across construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Foster strong collaboration between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure integrated service outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategies that ensure services are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
  • Uphold safety protocols and promote a culture of safety excellence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with design consultants, including architects and services consultants.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the building, construction, or civil industries in Australia.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical or mechanical disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and coordination of services packages.
  • Proven experience managing comprehensive building services packages and their commissioning.
  • Strong background in electrical, fire (dry & wet), hydraulics, and HVAC systems.
