Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our founding team. This role offers the chance to build and shape our company's AI capabilities, working closely with our Product Designer to create seamless user experiences.

  • This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of AI development, prototyping and evaluating new capabilities using real-world data from families and clinicians.

  • You will design and develop backend infrastructure and tooling to productionise models in a safe, compliant, and scalable way.

  • This role requires someone who can balance exploration with rigour, speed with safety, and set the tone for our engineering culture.

  • In your first month, you will deliver two big wins: ship a working AI-backed prototype and establish foundational pipeline/tooling for safe iteration and scaling of AI features.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience with Python, Supabase, Docker, Postgres, and ReactNative is essential.

  • A strong background in Data Science/ML is required, as well as expertise in AI tooling such as LangChain.

  • Candidates should also have experience navigating early-stage startups and shaping culture and process.
