As a key contributor to our Service Design Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital services mix in the Healthcare sector. Experienced professionals in this field possess a strong background in ITIL Framework, service design, solution design, architecture, and service transition.

Job Role: Digital Service Design Specialist

The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Director of Digital Services Management and work closely with Customer Relationship Managers and Commercial Strategy to inform the development of digital services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading the life cycle management of enterprise digital health services, including contemporary design and support models, digital resilience and continuity, strategic software and asset management services, and operational assurances for the portfolio of services provided to customers.

Working closely with projects and operational teams, you will ensure the design of ICT services is focused on sustainability, reliability, and supportability while maximizing the value of existing services to customers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this dynamic role, you will need to have a strong service design architect/specialist background, with expertise in working with projects, solution architects, SMEs, and operational teams to ensure ICT services are designed to meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.

A hands-on approach and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
