The successful applicant will work closely with our multidisciplinary team—including Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and a highly supportive administration team—to ensure the highest standard of care and service for our clients.
The majority of the caseload involves working with Home Care Package (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) clients, providing meaningful, client-centered care in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing up-to-date, evidence-based treatment in a community setting
- Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care and service for our clients
- Managing a diverse caseload of Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients
