Physiotherapist - Home Health Care Specialist



Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans in patients' homes.

As a skilled healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

You will be responsible for educating clients and their families about their condition and promoting holistic health and wellness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
