Student Support Specialist Role

Casual, part-time work available for a Student Support Specialist to work within the student services portfolio.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to student inquiries in a professional and engaging manner
  • Providing information and support on university policies and procedures
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with students and staff

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A completion of Year 12 or a Certificate II, with relevant work experience and/or education/training
  • Recent experience as a student at Murdoch University
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • High-level computer literacy and proficiency in using software packages
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support and leadership to others
