About the Position:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of Analysts & Associates in investment analysis and transaction management.
  • Develop and execute complex credit strategies to drive business growth and maximize returns.
  • Ensure accuracy in preparation of transaction modelling, market research, and due diligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in real estate investment, banking, private equity, advisory, or investment management.
  • A tertiary qualification with a preference for related fields such as finance, commerce, construction, real estate, or legal.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex investment transactions, including negotiation, documentation, and closing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, supplemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed networking and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships and collaborations.
