About This Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with investors on high-profile opportunities throughout Melbourne's thriving commercial market. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end sale campaigns, developing sophisticated financial models, and coordinating due diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive office investment transactions by leveraging your expertise in financial modeling and due diligence processes.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with institutional investors, providing market updates and supporting client coverage initiatives.
  • Deliver market intelligence through research on office property trends, preparing market reports, and monitoring development pipelines.
  • Create investment materials, including pitch documents, investment memorandums, and marketing strategies for office assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Property, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in office property investment or institutional capital markets.
  • Exceptional financial modelling skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of office fundamentals and lease structures.
  • Knowledge of institutional capital markets and investment trends.
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
