As a skilled manual labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to pallet production and handling. This role involves assisting in the repair of wooden pallets, operating machinery and equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain pallets to ensure they are in good condition
  • Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and effectively
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of work areas and equipment
  • Load and unload pallets and other materials as required
  • Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manual labor role is preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures and practices in a warehouse or production setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong work ethic.
