_We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved in various manual tasks essential to the production and handling of pallets. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a thriving company, we would love to hear from you._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the repair of wooden pallets.
- Operate machinery and equipment related to pallet production (training provided).
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of work areas and equipment.
- Load and unload pallets and other materials as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Handle materials and products with care to maintain quality standards.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a manual labor role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and practices in a warehouse or production setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Pay: $24.12 - $38.32 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
