Retail Consultant Role Overview

A Retail Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners to create their dream bathrooms. Our team is Australia's leading supplier of bathroom and plumbing supplies.

About the Position

As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products, utilizing our 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life, visiting customers on-site to provide updates and maintain strong relationships, and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice to customers on bathroom products
  • Utilizing our 3D Planner to create customized bathroom designs
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships through regular communication and visits
  • Ensuring the showroom is well-organized and secure
