Job Title: Clinical Lead Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal & Rheumatology

This role requires a qualified physiotherapist to lead the development of new clinics, providing advanced scope physiotherapy management within specialised rheumatology and musculoskeletal services.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in collaborating with advanced scope and specialist physiotherapists to provide clinical leadership and uphold best practice standards.
  • They should also be able to engage in research initiatives in rheumatological physiotherapy, driving evidence-based practice and innovation.
  • Supporting and mentoring emerging physiotherapists is an essential part of this role, as they share expertise and foster clinical growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new clinics and support clients from northern and north-western Tasmania.
  • Collaborate with advanced scope and specialist physiotherapists to provide clinical leadership and uphold best practice standards.
  • Engage in research initiatives in rheumatological physiotherapy, driving evidence-based practice and innovation.
  • Support and mentor emerging physiotherapists, sharing expertise and fostering clinical growth.

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
  • Desirable: Professional qualifications in the relevant area or progress towards a relevant qualification.
