We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at Regis Aged Care. This role involves providing building maintenance services, equipment management, painting, and gardening activities across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain plant, equipment, buildings, and services to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Ensure up-to-date records of all chemicals in use and comply with relevant safety and best practices.
- Maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner, including gardening and painting activities.
- Identify and complete preventative maintenance requirements, documenting schedules and records.
- Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is actioned within legal requirements and documented in relevant registers.
- General hands-on maintenance or handyman skills.
- Maintenance of grounds, general painting skills, and knowledge of gardening equipment.
- Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
