Adult Review Team Social Worker Role
The Role:

As a qualified Social Worker for the Adult Review Team in Knowsley, you will play a vital role in assessing ongoing needs and outcomes of individuals.


Responsibilities:
  • Participate in scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews using a strengths-based approach to assess ongoing needs and outcomes.
  • Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions with compassion and integrity.
  • Engage in duty rota responsibilities, focusing on person-centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles, promoting high standards of care.

Requirements:
  • Hold registration with Social Work England.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Possess a full UK driving licence.
  • Have post-qualified experience in social work.
  • Hold a degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
