Faculty Leadership Opportunity

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for teaching business, economics and enterprise subject areas? We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Faculty team, providing strategic direction and vision for the future.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual strategic plan, aligned with our school's overall vision. They will also provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and publish an annual strategic plan for the Faculty.
  • Provide leadership and support to faculty staff, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  • Mentor and develop staff within the Faculty, ensuring their growth and development.
  • Manage department resources and budgets effectively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs.
About You
  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Economics, Enterprise, Accounting or related field).
  • Proven leadership experience within an educational institution or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage staff, students and external partners.
  • A commitment to promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
