Senior Financial Advisor Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services firm as a Senior Financial Advisor.

About the Role

As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the Financial Advisory team and overseeing the delivery of holistic advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and mentoring the advisory team
  • Providing goals-based advice and ensuring client outcomes are met
  • Using financial modelling to inform strategies and investment decisions
  • Servicing an existing book of ~80 fee-for-service clients with strong referral pipelines
  • Conducting review and select new client meetings
  • Reviewing ROAs/SOAs for compliance and accuracy
  • Leveraging a support team: Associate Adviser, offshore paraplanners, and admin staff
  • Driving process improvements to adapt to industry change and maintain efficiency

What's Required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experienced Senior Financial Adviser within a holistic, multidisciplinary practice
  • FASEA compliant
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to deliver complex advice
  • Process-oriented and commercially minded
  • A natural leader who can mentor and motivate others
  • Client-first with strong interpersonal and communication skills
