Job Title: Global Payroll Manager

This role involves overseeing the payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll information to various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex payrolls, with a deep understanding of global payroll compliance regimes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the payroll function, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely execution of daily payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead a global payroll team, fostering collaboration and encouraging innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the payroll team, providing clear development opportunities and empowering team members to make informed decisions.
  • Lead key transformation projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder management, setting clear expectations and communicating progress proactively.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements, including ESOP reporting and global tax obligations.
