Delivery Service Representative

Our company is at the heart of supporting the trade, providing quality products and services that support the essential work we do.
As a key member of our Delivery Driver team in Australia, you will play a vital role in delivering products, providing exceptional customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and trade counter.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
- Pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
- Help keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
- Provide customer service and information about products
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
- Has a clean, valid driver's license and is committed to safety on the road
- Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network, or head office
